Stirling Kerbside Collection

Stirling Council have been running a kerbside recycling service since 2001. They have recently expanded their kerbside recycling service to include an additional 20 000 households and will be expanding this service still further to cover the whole council area over the next year. Members of the public covered by the service have received a recycling box for cans, glass, paper, plastic milk bottles (and other bottles with the HDPE symbol) and textiles. They will also be receiving a brown bin for cardboard and garden waste over the next few months.

The next phase of Stirling Council’s kerbside recycling scheme started to roll out on the 19th of April. The following areas will receive their box and bin in the following few months;

Fallin, Cowie, Plean, Bannockburn, Stirling Centre, Cornton, Raploch, Kings Park and Whins of Milton.
