Grampian: Introduction

This Waste Strategy Area consists of the area covered by the Local Authority areas of The City of Aberdeen Council, Aberdeenshire Council and Moray Council.

In 1998, a total of 836,418 tonnes of waste were produced by this area, of which 326,825 tonnes were produced by households.
