Letters and leaflets were provided to householders who had previously been provided with paper recycling service in March 2002. The letters and leaflets informed householders of changes to the existing recycling scheme (blue bag for paper collection) to include the provision of an additional bag and two boxes, allowing more materials to be recycled at the kerbside.
